When we lived in Orange County, we had an Ikea two exits down on the freeway and we would go often. We could pop in for one item and be out really fast. Boy were we spoiled! Now that we are back in the East Bay, it's about a 30-40 minute drive so we tend to "buy in bulk" when we make the trek to Ikea. We also have to go on the weekends which is so not cool. I'm just not up to the challenge of going by myself with my helpers during the week.
We still had fun though!! And it was a lot of fun (ha! I can laugh now) trying to get all of our purchases crammed into the prius! Miss you minivan!
The reason for this trip... so Delilah and her friend's can snuggle up in the playroom and watch a Princess movie. So worth it :)
